What makes our bath towels truly special is that our production facility in Spain uses solar energy to manufacture these towels, and in addition we use ECO recycled cotton. A key feature of our manufacturing process is the use of "pre-consumer used cotton." This means that we use cotton fibers that have been used earlier in the production process, but are still of high quality. These fibers are carefully selected and recycled to create new towels. Special attention is paid to design and sizing to ensure that the towels meet our customers' specifications. The result is a beautiful bath towel that is not only soft and absorbent, but also contributes to environmental sustainability through the use of recycled materials. This sustainable approach is an important aspect of our production process and underlines our commitment to quality and environmental awareness. Our personalization options for bath towels are designed to fully customize your towels to fit perfectly. We offer several options for personalization, including: Relief (1 color): With our embossing technique, we can incorporate a subtle one-color design or logo into the towel. This gives the towel a stylish and recognizable look. Jacquard Woven (1 color and white): For more detailed and colorful personalization, we offer jacquard woven towels. This allows us to incorporate intricate designs with two colors into the towel, making the towels really stand out. For further personalization options we offer: Embroidered border at the top: Add a luxurious touch to your towels by adding an embroidered border at the top. This is a perfect way to subtly showcase the logo or brand name. Printed laundry label (1 color and white): Add important information, such as washing instructions or a logo, with a printed wash label. Velour finish: Choose an extra soft and luxurious look with velour finish. Different packaging options: Complete the gift with custom packaging, such as a full color printed banding or custom packaging. Our beach towels are available in different sizes including 70 x 140 cm, 100 x 150 cm, 100 x 170 cm and 100 x 180 cm and have a standard gram weight of 450GSM. We ensure that the yarn color is as close to the customer's corporate identity as possible by using pre-consumer used cotton.

After approval of the yarn color, we immediately proceed to production, which takes about 25 days. Once production is complete, transportation by truck takes about 1 week before the beach towels arrive.
