Using advanced knitting machines with 156 needles, the RPET yarn is meticulously processed into socks with precision. Every aspect is carefully considered, from the refined finish of the cuffs to the seamless construction that provides the ultimate in comfort. The manufacturing process of our RPET socks includes a distinctive personalization option. After approval on the design, the factory starts making a sample. Once the customer is satisfied, we start up the machines and production can begin. After the knitting process is complete, a thorough quality control follows to ensure that each RPET sock meets our strict standards. Next, the socks undergo careful ironing and are carefully packaged, sometimes in custom packaging that gives the socks an extra touch of exclusivity. Finally, the finished RPET socks are carefully shipped to our customers.
