Step 1: Collect recycled yarn.

Our factory works with reliable yarn suppliers who take the lead in the sustainable sourcing of "pre-consumer used" cotton/polyester and polyamide. These fibers, which have never found their way to consumers and/or are seen as waste, are carefully selected and prepared for the next stage.

Step 2: Spinning new yarn.

This reuse process results in yarns with a characteristic mixed hue, which means some limited color options are available. Although this process involves a slight decrease in overall yarn quality, it provides an exceptional way to incorporate sustainability into our production without compromising too much on the appearance of the final product.

Step 3: Shaping custom socks.

The new spools of yarn arrive at our factory and they go to work creating custom socks from these. Customer-specific designs, colors and logos are incorporated into these, so that each pair has a unique touch to match the customer's brand identity. At every step of the process, we strive to minimize the carbon footprint without sacrificing creativity. The end result? The socks are precisely knitted, using approximately 4 colors of yarn per horizontal line and a total of 6 colors for the entire sock. In about 2 weeks, we will send a photo sample of the socks.
On this basis, one can check whether it meets all requirements. Of course, a physical sample is also possible.
After approval of the sample, all recycled yarns are ordered and after delivery of these yarns, the production process starts.
Our factory takes a little extra time for production, extra dedication, so to speak, to ensure not only uniqueness and style, but also the economical prices of our recycled cotton socks. A win-win situation where own style, gifts and competitive prices come together. Depending on the supply of yarn, we can complete production in about 4-6 weeks.

Our socks are proudly GRS certified, meaning they meet strict sustainability standards. They are carefully, sustainably produced in Turkey, the factory runs entirely on solar energy, minimizing our carbon footprint. In addition, the factory is Sedex 6 & BSCI certified.
