Once the customer is excited and wants to place an order, we create a print proof and choose beautiful, matching yarn colors. Then the factory goes to work creating a sample (sample) of the sweater. This is sent by photo or, if desired, physically to the customer for approval. After approval of the sample, the factory creates a technical drawing of all the dimensions. Although we are bound to use up to six colors in the design of the sweater, we can create a wide range of styles and effects, In addition to the pattern and colors, the labels of the sweater can be customized. This can be the wash label, but also a neck label or label on the arm. We often offer two transportation options: a longer transportation time by train, which takes approximately 5 weeks, but is a more durable and cheaper option; or a faster option by air, approximately 2 weeks for transportation. The choice of transportation depends on the customer's preference, their budget and how quickly the jerseys are needed.
