The manufacturing process of knit hats, made of 100% acrylic and warm polar fleece on the inside, is a careful and artisanal process that begins with selecting high-quality materials and ends with delivering comfortable hats. The yarn is loaded into knitting machines, where experienced craftsmen knit the hats according to the desired design and pattern. The machines are carefully adjusted to achieve the correct size and style. After knitting, the hats are subjected to rigorous quality control.
Any additional details, such as labels, logo embroidery or POM, are added to the hats. Care is also taken to ensure that the hats are the right fit and comfortable to wear. The hats are carefully packed to protect them from damage in transit and to ensure that they arrive at the customer's door in perfect condition.
