The production of our 100% cotton canvas beach bags is a careful process that requires craftsmanship and precision. It begins with selecting high-quality cotton canvas fabrics that are durable and suitable for heavy use. These fabrics are carefully cut according to the specifications and dimensions of the desired beach bags.
The canvas is then printed using a silkscreen printing process. This process allows custom logos, designs or images to be applied to the bags with bright and vibrant colors. The result is a unique and attractive print that perfectly reflects the customer's brand identity.
After printing, the printed canvas is carefully assembled into beach bags. This includes the necessary stitching, seams and details to make the bag sturdy and durable. With our advanced silkscreen printing technology, we can bring beautiful designs to life on the bags, with a maximum of 5-6 colors and an impressive size of 20-30 cm. This gives the beach bag a unique look that is sure to attract attention. The dimensions of the beach bag are generous at 46x59x18 cm, and the material is high quality with a sturdy 200GSM canvas construction. Not only the design can be customized, but also the handle can be chosen in a cheerful color, adding even more color to the beach bag. Our delivery times for custom beach bags are designed to meet specific needs. It all starts with a sample, which we can deliver within a 1-2 week period, giving the customer a tangible preview of the personalized beach bag. For orders of 50 to 100 pieces, we aim to complete production within about 4 weeks. If you place a larger order of over 250 pieces, please allow for a production time of 6-8 weeks, where we ensure that every detail is handled with care. After production is complete, we coordinate transportation from our factory in Turkey to the Netherlands, ensuring the order arrives safely and on time. If the customer is in a hurry and the delivery needs to be expedited, we can discuss the necessary information and any rush charges upon request. Our goal is not only to provide high quality, customized beach bags, but also to exceed expectations for timely and efficient delivery.
