This pattern is essential for the factory to accurately tune the machines. Also, the proof contains information about the desired packaging and the customer's colors. We carefully use the customer's PMS colors to select the most appropriate shades. With a wide range of options, we always ensure an excellent match. After approval of the print proof, we forward it to our factory. They take the next step by producing a sample: the sock is manufactured in the customer's desired colors and design for a check before full production is started. Within one to two weeks we send photos for approval. Of course, it is also possible to receive a physical sample at no additional cost. Once the samples are approved, we schedule production and configure the machines. Production starts and the machines go to work. After leaving the machines and a thorough quality control, the baby socks are ironed for a neat finish. Finally, the socks are carefully packaged, possibly in custom-made packaging to protect and present the socks appropriately. In this way, we ensure that each pair of socks is a valuable and special gift.
