Sales support assistant
As Sales support, you will be the lynchpin who ensures that our customers, both nationally and internationally, have the best experience?
Are you happy to be the go-to person for questions, orders and everything in between. Nice and varied.
With your drive and service orientation, you really put the customer first. Together with our friendly team, you will work to maintain our high customer service standards, working for example with the team of design for the most beautiful designs.
Training opportunities? There are plenty of those! We believe in growth, both for the company and for you. You will be the right hand of our Sales Manager Roxy.

So who are we looking for?
- You love wearables (promotional textile items), because let's face it, who doesn't like to have a custom cool hat or a cosy fleece blanket get?
- Experience in sales support or customer service? Top, but we are also open to enthusiastic beginners!
- Communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A proactive and positive attitude. No 9-to-5 mentality, but a 9-to-please mentality!

What will you do as Sales Support?
Agenda management:
Scheduling (international) appointments
Communications and administrative support:
Mail management
Incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Creating and processing quotations
Warm contact with suppliers and the factories
Quickly picking up ad hoc work
Flexibility:
We have a 9-to-please mentality! We visit or attend various trade fairs at home and abroad ourselves. Of course, there is definitely room for right balance between private life and work.
Design Support:
You will regularly collaborate with the design team. Think of entering created designs into the system and finalising proofs.
Desired qualifications:
| (Beginning) experience Experience in a similar role within the corporate gift, textile or travel industry, for example, is an advantage. | Commercial acumen: You understand customer needs and can respond to them. |
| Excellent communication skills: Clear and convincing communication, both oral and written, in Dutch and English. | Proactive and team player: Working independently and taking initiative is something we all do in the Bosscher team, but you will also work closely with our Sales Manager Roxy and the rest of the team. |
| Networking and relationship building: You enjoy building relationships with customers. | Organisational talent: Be able to effectively plan and organise sales activities and customer visits. |
