Q: What are the delivery times?
A: Within the United Kingdom we deliver within 2 (working) days.
Q: My item is defective?
A: Aiii, we don’t want that! We are happy to discuss the options with you.
Please feel free to contact us via email@example.com (within 5 working days).
Then we come to a good solution together.
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: As soon as the package has been received by our carrier, you will receive a track and trace link by email or text message.
Q: How can I return / exchange an item?
A: Thank you very much for your purchase. You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your ordered item (s).
If you are not completely satisfied, there are two options:
Exchange or Return.
Exchanging or returning your order is very easy. In both cases we ask you to send an email to Info@casual-minds.co.uk.
In the email you can state whether you want to return or exchange the product and (optionally) the reason for this.
We also ask you to state your order number, your name and shipping date.
Note: Sale items cannot be returned!
If your return meets all requirements, you can return the package to:
(Return costs and risk are for the account of the buyer).
After we have received your return, we will refund your money within 5 working days or settle the return amount on your Postpay invoice.
