At Bosscher, you don’t just design anything; you translate brands into branded wearables that people love to wear. Socks with a unique pattern, a Christmas jumper with a knitted-in logo, a beanie with an embroidered label. You move quickly from concept to AI visualisation, packaging and technical development, from the initial sketch to production-ready files.

A day at Bosscher: From concept to production

Just imagine: at Bosscher, you’ll be putting your experience as a designer to immediate use. You open Illustrator and… you can get straight to work on branded wearables that people actually wear. Using AI, you’ll create visuals and (3D) mock-ups of everything from socks with your own pattern to a beanie with a label.

Sales chimes in: “Could we make the logo a bit more subtle and the box a bit more festive?”
You assess where this is possible without losing the visual balance and make adjustments on the spot. After lunch together, you’ll get to work translating the design into production files (embroidery, woven labels, sleeves and boxes).

By the end of the day, a complete set is ready for the customer. You press send And just think: someone’s going to be wearing this soon. That feels good.

What are you bringing with you?

MBO/HBO level of working and thinking
It would be an advantage if you have a few years’ relevant experience as a graphic designer. We’d also be delighted to hear from those just starting out.
Quickly into Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign (must).
Knowledge of AI tools and how to apply this to your design work.
An eye for typography, colour and composition; you understand how a design looks on fabric and you deliver neat, complete and on-brand work.
You enjoy a fast-paced environment and like switching between projects.
